A-Block (10 Spots)

Includes 4 training days/week + FREE optional conditioning day + Physical Testing + Offseason Shirt.

B-Block (10 Spots)

Includes 2 training days/week + full in-depth physical therapy assessment + Physical Testing.

Online Training

Same workouts, at your home gym.
Using TeamBuildr App, athletes can get the same workouts with video demonstrations at their home gym or at a local facility.
Upload video for technique cues and chat function for questions.

We get it, training is expensive. While our prices are much lower compared to other offseason programs, we don’t want costs to limit a local athlete from having access to the best training.
Athletes who are not getting supplemental funding and cannot afford it can reach out via email for the application process.

FAQs

No. We have groups for all athletes to increase speed, strength, and power in their respective sport

8-10 max. This is not an athlete factory. We want to provide the best equipment, coaching, and services to a select number of athletes.

Fill out signup sheet and email to info@nelsonsportlab.com. With the group numbers being low, it is not first come first serve. Athletes will be asked some questions about their motivation for training.

No. Payment can be paid in full at the beggining of the season, or on the 1st of each month. If you know you will miss a full week, deduct that from your payments.

We try to find times that work for most. For those who can’t make a certain time, there are opinions for mix and matching times, or online training.

Groups will be strategically set to match skill levels. Those with less training experience will be guided through the movements and terminology to optimize performance and learn skills for life.

No. We want our groups small. Once the application is sent in, we will reply ASAP with confirmation. Those to whom we offer training will be asked to pay a first month’s deposit.

For us, all athletes are the same. However, if females are more comfortable together and if times and numbers work, we can make it happen.
